How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored behind password protected areas and only accessible to select individuals who need it to fulfil our duties and contracts to you. We use LastPass to store passwords and other personal information. You can view this third party’s privacy policy on their website.

We keep client contact details, login details for your website and other providers such as your hosting company or the company where you purchased your domain.

We also store contact details if you have consented to receive marketing material from us, even if you are not a client of ours.

We only keep your personal data for as long as we need it to meet the requirements for which it was collected.  After this time, we will delete your personal data unless there is a legitimate business reason to retain all or parts of the data we hold. Once we delete your Data, it may persist on backup or archival media for legal, tax or regulatory purposes.

We will dispose of your information by deleting it from the secure areas where we stored it.

We use a number of suppliers and third parties to help us provide our services and this may involve processing Data we capture.

  • Our website uses Google Analytics to analyse how users use the site. This tracks how people reached the website, how many people use the website, and which pages are looked at most. Google as a data processor. The information generated by the cookie about your use of our sites (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored on Google servers in the United States and/or United Kingdom. Google will use this information to evaluate our websites and compile reports on website activity for. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on their behalf.   • Our website is built on the Squarespace platform, provided by Squarespace, Inc. Squarespace is based in the US and collects and stores various types of personal information which you can read about in more detail in their Privacy Policy.

  • We collect your contact details when you sign up to recieve our newsletter, join our mailing list or receive a free download using Mailerlite. Email marketing campaigns published by this website or its owner via Mailerlite may contain tracking facilities within the actual email. Subscriber activity is tracked and stored in a database stored on Mailerlite for future analysis and evaluation. Such tracked activity may include; the opening of emails, forwarding of emails, the clicking of links within the email content, times, dates and frequency of activity. This information is used to refine future email campaigns and supply the user with more relevant content based around their activity. Subscribers are given the opportunity to un-subscribe at any time through an automated system. This process is detailed at the footer of each email campaign.
